We recognize that the world becomes a better place when we embrace one another despite our differences — when we share our stories, confront the issues that unite us, and acknowledge the challenges that attempts to divide us. Our Organizational Model

The Legacy Academy, LLC is a professional advisement organization committed to fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment whereby all stakeholders in the organization feel that they are part of the village through an organizational setting. Providing services in professional advisement, facilitation, mentorship and culture and climate training, our organization model is based upon the acronym B.A.B.S:

  • (Belonging) – Establishing and maintaining welcoming culture where members are embraced because of their differences.

  • (Action-Oriented) – Advising stakeholders in developing and implementing programs and policies that promote organizational values based upon the core values of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

  • (Broad Representation) – Assisting in establishing a culture where all members/stakeholders have an opportunity to be represented and heard.

  • (Structural Change) – Collaborating with stakeholders in promoting diverse strategies and approaches that promote a climate where the structure is conducive to reaching organizational goals. Our primary mission is to promote core values trust, honesty, sensitivity, understanding and compassion to uplift humanity.
